Midcoast Maine RentalMaine is "the way life should be" and this cottage in the Five Islands area of Georgetown provides a classic Maine experience, complete with lobster pots in the cove. Our vacation rental is a small three bedroom, two story gambrel style cottage with sleeping for up to seven people: four adults and three children. We're on five wooded acres with a good size yard for lawn games, 200 feet of waterfront, a dock, float, and mooring. Some guests have said that "it's like sleeping on a boat with more comfortable beds." This cottage is only available mid May through mid October. The prices range from $750/wk to $1400/wk. We've been renting this mid-coast Maine vacation rental since 1999. Each year we spend time maintaining, upgrading, and replenishing our waterfront vacation home so that it is always in excellent shape for guests (and for us)! This is one of the most sought after coves in all of Georgetown for it's protected water and deep water dock and mooring-perfect for boaters.

Georgetown Maine is in the mid-coast area of Maine, just 20 minutes from historic Bath. Georgetown is home to one of Maine's finest beaches at Reid State Park. The village at the end of the island (connected by bridges) is known as Five Islands and the harbor has been named "the prettiest harbor in Maine." Georgetown is home to a vibrant fishing community with a few wonderful shops lining the main route into town, between the pine trees, including Georgetown Pottery, Maine Sweets, Five Islands Farm, and the Georgetown Country Store.
