$85 normal cleaning; $100 for monthly or longer stays
10% tax on all stays of less than 30 nights; military and government employees exempt with proper documents
$45 damage waiver (covers up to $1500 accidental damages during stay)

50% due on reservation
50% due 60 days prior to arrival
25% cancellation fee; 100% if within 60 days of arrival. Trip insurance is recommended.

"D300 was one of the nicest condos we've stayed in outside of a timeshare! Not only was it well-appointed, but it was clean and things were in order throughout. The pots/pans, dishes, kitchen utensils, linens, and beach items were not only in excellent condition, but they were all nicely organized in the cabinets. The view was awesome! The only thing we found not working was the iron. Thank you for all your help with this reservation. I'll let you know if/when we plan another trip out this year. Who knows - maybe one day we'll buy our own beach condo to have you guys rent out for us! Thanks again, D Sajdak "
