Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms
With the exception of a few holiday weeks, this vacation rental is operated on an "open calendar" with a 3 night minimum. You arrive the day of your choosing, and depart the day of your choosing!

10% occupancy tax for stays of less than 30 days. No tax for stays of 30 nights or more, military or government employees with proper documentation.

$120 cleaning fee ($150 for stays of a month or more).

$45 damage waiver is due at booking.

50% due at reservation.
50% due 60 days prior to arrival.

All cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture of rents. Guests concerned with cancellations are advised to purchase trip insurance.

For your convenience we accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Pay Pal, and US personal checks (if arrival is 60 days or more).
