Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms
This vacation rental is operated on an "open calendar" except summer and spring break, which means we do not require you to arrive and depart on a Saturday $85 cleaning fee for stays under 1 month
$120 cleaning fee for stays greater than 1 month
10% tax on all rent and fees less than 30 nights. Military & government employees are exempt with proper documentation.
$500 fully refundable damage/security deposit for all stays

50% due at reservation
50% due 60 days prior to stay

25% cancellation fee more than 60 days before arrival
Zero refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of arrival. Trip insurance is recommended and referrals can be provided upon request.

These rates are firm and fair, please do not ask for discounts - it hurts our ability to offer you clean, well maintained, and well appointed accommodations.
