Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms
Cleaning is $85 for stays of less than 30 nights and $120 for stays of 30 nights or more.
$45 damage waiver required for all stays.


Rates (including cleaning) are subject to 10% Oceanside tax for stays of less than 30 nights. Military and government employees on business are tax exempt with proper documentation.

Reservations require 50% down and 50% 60 days prior to stay.

Cancellations are subject to a 25% fee. Cancellation within 60 days of arrival result in full forfeiture of rents. Guests concerned with cancellations are advised to purchase trip insurance.

For your convenience we accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Pay Pal, and US personal checks (if arrival is in more than 60 days).
