Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms
$45 damage waiver

Taxes are calculated on rent and cleaning and are currently 10% and are not included in prices.

Normal cleaning is $120 for nightly and weekly stays and is not included in rates.

Normal cleaning for monthly or longer stays is $150 at the end, or $120 if you contract with our cleaner at least once/2 weeks during your stay.

North Coast Village $21-$42 HOA check in/key fee is included in these rates. Stays less than 3 nights are available on a last minute basis and require payment of the check in fee.

Special Events May be Higher - these include but are not limited to Ironman, US Open.

All prices in US dollars. We accept Credit Cards, Pay Pal , and US personal checks.

All cancellations are subject 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture of rents. Guests concerned with cancellations are advised to purchase trip insurance which is available durng the reservation process via VRConnection.

"We really enjoyed our stay. Large 2-bedroom condo. Master bedroom suite with sliding door allows cool ocean breeze to make a comforatble sleep. Very quite complex - never heard a neighbor. Would definitely recommend." - Anonymous 09/01/05 (more)
