From your private balcony you can enjoy the sunshine and view of the pool, as well as a partial ocean view to your left. This is a nice second floor location easily accessible via elevator. Summer parking at Southern California beaches can be a bear, but you will have your own dedicated parking spot in our gated garage in our private resort like community with 24 hour patrol. North Coast Village is known for its amenities, but most importantly for its coveted location on the sand and between Oceanside Harbor and Oceanside Pier.

This condo was recently occupied by a long term tenant (a family member) so you will find the greatest care taken, like you would in your home. That said, that's why you also see a few personal items in the photos I show.
