B304 - Surf Summit - Remodeled Ocean View 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Loft Penthouse

This beach condo at North Coast Village in Oceanside CA has a great ocean view from the second floor and the home is set up to maximize the enjoyment of the view with the upper level loft as a great room by day and a bedroom by night.

The kitchen has new cabinets, new granite counter tops, new sink, and is perfect for preparation of a picnic lunch or a sunset meal. The fully equipped kitchen has a new microwave, coffee maker, conventional oven and stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher as well as a full supply of new glasses, pots, pans, flatware, knives, dishes, cooking utensils, and all of the amenities of a home kitchen.

Both bathrooms were remodeled, replacing vanity, sink, tub, toilet, faucets, shower valve, tile. The family room is comfortable and shares a nice open floor plan with the dining room and kitchen so the cook is never lonely. There is an ample television and DVD player, and a gas fireplace for cool winter evenings (turned off in summer). Both bedrooms have a TV. The master bedroom is on the first level boasts a comfortable king bed. The upstairs great room ocean view loft becomes a guest bedroom suite by night when the queen sized Murphy bed is easily (just one person) pulled from the wall unit.

This vacation, seasonal, or extended corporate rental sleeps a maximum of six people. The bedroom and upper level are carpeted and the first level has beautiful light colored and easy to maintain hardwood laminate. Why stay in a hotel, when you can have all this space and comfort for much less than two rooms would cost. Furthermore, the location of North Coast Village cannot be beat!

Although this great beach condo has an ocean view, our guests should be aware that it faces north/northeast on the lower level, so there will be some train noise from the nearby tracks (across the street). Most guests do not find this to be a nuisance. The upper level has a picture window on the north side offering an inland view, and of course the giant new sliding doors and the forever ocean view and roof top patio are on the southwest side of the upper suite.
