We have hosted all kinds of visitors to Camp Pendleton. We have completed third party billing for corporate government contractors, invoicing that meets the Navy’s needs, scheduling flexibility to work within the confines of deployments, and we can work within per diem rates most of the year (summer and holidays are the notable exception).
BETTER Vacation Rentals has been the frequent host to soldiers deploying to and returning from combat zones and their families and we work to make these stressful times less so. We offer a standard 5% discount for active military members with proof of current status.

At North Coast Village in Oceanside CA we are less than 1 mile from the main gate at Camp Pendleton.
Marines, Navy, Army, and other military personnel and base contractors have long been welcome guests at North Coast Village. In fact, many BETTER Vacation Rentals owners owe their beach rental purchase to their time stationed at or visiting soldiers at nearby Camp Pendleton (former clients of BVR - we no longer manage vacation rentals for other people, just our one unit). When you enter our gates, you'll find that many of the staff at the property (our patrol officers and even office staff) are former military.

Having a wedding reception at North Coast Village in Oceanside CA is like having a Hawaii destination wedding, but without the plane trip and within reach for more brides and families. North Coast Village is on the sand in Oceanside CA which has some of the best weather in the world. For those who must have a ceremony on the sand, the City of Oceanside requires permits (we'll tell you who to contact), but there are also locations at North Coast Village that can be used for smaller ceremonies. Our party room is available for rent exclusively to brides who book at least 3 vacation rentals for 3 nights each (our unit C304, and at least 2 others with other owners or managers). Our party room is very affordable and can be rented with our without kitchen use for your wedding caterer. Amplified music is allowed until 10 pm. There are so many wedding photo spots, you won’t want to just shoot at the beach! North Coast Village in Oceanside CA is the perfect venue for family reunions. We have dozens of families that come to Oceanside each year to get together and enjoy the company of family, and the privacy that a personal vacation rental provides. North Coast Village has enough large common areas that no one has to crowd into any one room or play the host every night. Reunion groups can gather at the pool, the gleaming barbecues and ocean view picnic tables, or in the game room for some billiards, cards, and foosball. There is so much to do in Oceanside CA within close reach to North Coast Village that you can please even the most finicky of relatives! The use of vacation rentals instead of hotel rooms makes a trip to San Diego and Oceanside an affordable option which appeals especially when planning a family reunion. We'll get you set up to rent our ocean view unit, and work with you to find other rentals at North Coast Village that suit your family. Each vacation rental at North Coast Village is independently owned and may be managed by owner, or a property manager. Better Vacation Rentals only manages Unit C304 at North Coast Village because we want you to enjoy the benefits of a vacation rental by owner, combined with our professional vacation rental management experience.
