We had an awesome time at C304. The place was great. All the accomadations of hom. We were able to enjoy the Beach, swimming, golf, harbor walk, sunset, sunrise, gorgous views, and the Oceanside Pier. Our daughter turns 10 in Jan and was able to bring a few of her softball friends along for a great adventure. Thank You so much

Simply Great. We really enjoyed this property. It had one upstairs master bedroom, and another bedroom and bath downstairs. Each floor had a deck with a beach and ocean view, and the upstairs deck also had a table large enough for outdoor dining. The location was great, with the beach only a few hundred feet away, and many restaurant choices a short drive or a decent walk away. The Condo was nicely equipped with a compete kitchen, beach chairs, wireless internet, and a big flat-screen TV which had jacks for a video game. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We plan to return soon !

"Family Vacation 2009" We had a great stay at Pelican Place. Everything was as expected and more. If we return to Southern California we will definitely stay there!

What a beautiful penthouse condo you have! So comfortable for our family. Absolutely loved the sound of the waves heard from every room. And the views...Hope to return some day.

This is a wonderful condo at the beach. We were able to enjoy the Oceanside Pier, walks on the ocean, swimming, the harbor, and all the great games and videos in the condo. The views were awesome. From the sunset, sunrise, and beautiful night view off the balcony. Thank you for a great vacation.

This was our 10th year spending the month of March at North Coast Village, and our 4th year at Pelican Place. Needless to say, we're very happy here, and we particularly appreciate the separate guest "suite," which allows family & friends to stay with us & enjoy some privacy. WE had the warmest weather we've ever experienced in our visits to NCV, which made for a great escape from the brutal Minnesota winter we left behind. We'll be back in March 2011!

Wow!! This was the absolute best place to stay in Oceanside: from the views, beds, facilities on the grounds, down to the strollers in the closet-thanks! We couldn't have asked for anymore - we had such a wonderful time! So close to the beach made for so many magical moments. I will miss this home away from home.

I won this wonderful stay at this lovely beachside condo from a charity event benefitting cancer research. What a special treat for our family! We have a 2.5 year old & an 11 month old, so I especially appreciated the portable cribs, high chair, strollers, & all the other "family friendly" items this home away from home provided :) Such a great location to the harbor & beach that provided our family with many opportunities to create memories we'll cherish.

This was our 5th year in this perfect "home away from home." The extra bedroom lets us share with family & friends. The week of storms was awesome - strong winds, high waves, heavy rain. The ocean roared night & day! And then a mild earthquake shook our bed early one morning. But the sun always came out every day! We'll be back again next year.

That ocean air will cure whatever ails you! Found a book in Melinda's library-Norwood looks interesting so far. For a vacation rental this place is quite out out the ordinary... Went into town & had breakfast at Hill Street Cafe-it was great. Lots of local and vegan food. Went to the pool & later on we barbecued ribs & watched the sun set over the ocean. Birds, sailboats, & the same fishermanwas there at "our" spot." The sun was shining on the sea, hi highlighting the foamy billows...

everything was just like the pics we had a great time. oceanside has been a vacation spot for our family for years. our stay with better vacation rentals went like clockwork (too fast). thanks melinda and staff.

"Another fabulous month at Pelican Place" This was the 11th year we have spent the month of March at North Coast Village, and it was our fifth straight year at Pelican Place. This lovely two-story unit is perfect for entertaining overnight guests in the separate guest "suite,? which allows family and friends to stay with us and enjoy some privacy. After enduring a harsh winter back in Minnesota, North Coast Village, with all of its amenities and gorgeous grounds, was the perfect place for our annual late-winter get-away. We hated to leave, but we'll be back in March 2012!

We owned a place on Sweet Pea for 12 years but sold in '97. This is our first return to Palm Springs and it is as wonderful as I remember. The condo is beautiful and also very comfortable. Had a wonderful time and hope to return soon.

What an amazing place, thank you! Your home was a wonderful place for us to meet up with family from England. We were all surprised by the heat, but took advantage of the pools and had a great visit. Tim and I hope to come back again if you'll have us and bring our children who are in their 20's and love to golf. Thanks for a wonderful week.

"Great Beach Location" The condo was more than we expected and the resort looked like one you would find in Hawaii. Close to the beach, great amenities within the facility and the flat screen and surround sound was a plus. We will be coming back this summer.

Great Place for Families! We had a wonderful time at North Coast Village. Pelican Place was perfect for our family. The condo was clean and comfortable, with wonderful views of the ocean. We are looking forward to returning next year!
