We had an awesome time at C304. The place was great. All the accomadations of hom. We were able to enjoy the Beach, swimming, golf, harbor walk, sunset, sunrise, gorgous views, and the Oceanside Pier. Our daughter turns 10 in Jan and was able to bring a few of her softball friends along for a great adventure. Thank You so much

Simply Great. We really enjoyed this property. It had one upstairs master bedroom, and another bedroom and bath downstairs. Each floor had a deck with a beach and ocean view, and the upstairs deck also had a table large enough for outdoor dining. The location was great, with the beach only a few hundred feet away, and many restaurant choices a short drive or a decent walk away. The Condo was nicely equipped with a compete kitchen, beach chairs, wireless internet, and a big flat-screen TV which had jacks for a video game. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We plan to return soon !

Great Place for Families! We had a wonderful time at North Coast Village. Pelican Place was perfect for our family. The condo was clean and comfortable, with wonderful views of the ocean. We are looking forward to returning next year!

"Family Vacation 2009" We had a great stay at Pelican Place. Everything was as expected and more. If we return to Southern California we will definitely stay there!

"Great Beach Location" The condo was more than we expected and the resort looked like one you would find in Hawaii. Close to the beach, great amenities within the facility and the flat screen and surround sound was a plus. We will be coming back this summer.

"Terrific Location, Terrific Apartment, Terrific Price" I wanted to spend my spring break in an apartment right on the beach, and this place fit my needs perfectly. I was steps from miles of open shoreline and within minutes of the pier. The apartment had all I needed from cooking and eating supplies to a small stove and full fridge, to a shower, bath, very comfortable queenside bed, couch, and lounge chairs. Plenty of windows in the place to never lose sight of the ocean, to enjoy the sunset, and wave to everyone who walks by. I found this place at the last minute, was immediately helped, was met at the door when I arrived, and accommodated in every way expected. One of the most positive renting experiences, and one of the best vacations in recent years.
