North Coast Village Oceanside CA

Where is North Coast Village? North Coast Village is a private resort-like complex in the beach side city of Oceanside, CA at 999 N. Pacific Street. Located along one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in San Diego County, only 35 miles north of the City of San Diego, lies exquisite North Coast Village Oceanside. Sitting on the sand just south of quaint Oceanside Harbor, the beach front complex consists of rentals and residences in nine three-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on approximately 13 acres of tropically landscaped and well maintained common grounds. What is North Coast Village? Built from 1973-1977, originally as a co-op, North Coast Village Oceanside numbers 550 privately owned condos with 6 studios, 303 one bedroom, 228 two bedroom, and 13 three bedroom condominiums. Very few of the studio and 3 bedroom condos are available as North Coast Village Oceanside rentals. North Coast Village is one of the best-maintained condo complexes that we have ever seen, and even rarer for rentals. North Coast Village Oceanside rental guests and owners always comment on the beauty of the grounds. When you stay at North Coast Village in Oceanside, you will be staying in a private beach vacation condo, not a hotel. Imagine all the beauty of a first class beach resort, but with room to spread out! With BETTER Vacation Rentals you get all the benefits of “rent by owner” since our Founder is a North Coast Village owner, as well as all the benefits and standards you get from renting from a professional vacation rental management company. North Coast Village has a several buildings: "A, B, C, D, E, F, and G". Buildings B through G form a sort of quad with low rise cottages (D and E cottages) and the beach as one end, and the B and G garage and buildings at the other. On the north side the G, F, E 4 floor "high rises" have lower cottages on the outside and abut the San Luis Rey River and face the harbor. On the south side, the B, C, and D "high rises" and lower cottages face Breakwater Way, the beach, and the pier. Across Breakwater Way stands the more subdued A building and cottages which forms it's own sort of quad and optimizes ocean views for many units. Take a look at a map of North Coast Village for a picture of the complex. Heated Pool at Beachfront North Coast Village ResortWhen staying at any North Coast Village Oceanside beach rental, you are just steps from the sand. When staying in the B, C, D, E, F, and G buildings there are no roads to cross- this is an OCEANFRONT COMPLEX! The only exception and one that many prefer because of the “smaller” feel, is if you stay in the “A” building which is another complex of it’s own at North Coast Village. In that case, you will have to cross the one way street known at The Strand. Palm Valley Country Club & Palm Desert CA

Palm Desert CA is near more famous Palm Springs and has grown into it's own thriving community in it's own right. Palm Valley Country Club is a premier Palm Desert private country club located just a mile from it's more famous neighbor: Marriott Desert Springs. What both of these have in common is a slightly more upscale feel than their famous neighbors, more space, and more for your dollar.

Oceanside CA

Oceanside California...where happiness begins in classic California.
Oceanside is a classic California beach town that is blessed with flat sandy beaches, the longest wooden pier on the west coast, a fantastic boat harbor, and a touch of history. Oceanside borders the Pacific Ocean and lies 35 miles north of the city of San Diego, just south of Camp Pendeleton and just north of Carlsbad. Oceanside has been a sleeper vacation community for years, a favorite of those from Arizona, Utah, the Pacific Northwest and Canada.
