This luxury golf rental is on a single level and has 2 fairway patios with views of the 9th fairway of the Championship golf course, chaise lounges, and a chat table and chairs for enjoying the perfect desert weather in the shade of the patio overhang. There is also a private courtyard that houses a bistro table, gas grill and southern exposure. Located on Sweet Pea Way, one of the quietest & most desirable spots in Palm Valley, this golf condo has been beautifully remodeled with travertine floors, designer paint & furnishings, slab granite kitchen counters, maple cabinets, and of course 3 high definition flat screen TVs with cable (so one can watch golf, one tennis, another play on the PlayStation 2, and a little one on the 4th standard TV). We include high-speed wireless Internet, and unlimited domestic calls.
Understanding that each guest has unique needs, we offer flexible sleeping. Guests to this vacation rental will find a king bed in the master bedroom suite, two twins in the guest bedroom (which has it's own entrance to the second bath) that can be converted to a king with items and linens provided, a queen sleeper sofa in the den, and a portable pack n play style crib stored in the garage. In addition we have an oversized section sofa that quite a few seem to favor once they toss some sheets on them! You'll find plenty of linens, towels, pillows and blankets for sleeping up to 6 guests. We even include good pool towels for use at any of the 46 Palm Valley Country Club pools and spas, or at the Jr. Olympic sized pool at the club house.

Cancellations are subject to a 25% fee and full rent is forfeited if canceled within 60 days of arrival. We recommend and offer Trip Insurance for 7% of the non-refundable charges.
